The Clearpoint Resort Project is a three-phased master-planned 5-star resort, residential and marina development on the south Dalmatian coast. It is located on approximately 100,000 square meters of land, with approximately 68,000 square meters of waterside area dedicated to the marina.  The site will include a larger 5-star hotel, and smaller 80 room boutique hotel as well as residential villas, town homes and apartments, restaurant and retail offer. The site is on a dramatic seaside bay, sloping to the sea, with spectacular views of Cavtat Bay, and the city of Dubrovnik to the west.

Ultimately convenient, 17 kilometers south of Dubrovnik and 3 kilometres north of Cilipi International Airport, it is reachable, door to door, in less than three hours from the most European capitals.Clearpoint is within a 10 minute’s drive of the Dubrovnik (Cilipi) airport, which is serviced by over 40 airlines (scheduled and chartered) from European capital cities.

Dalmi has commissioned the global design firm HOK, through HOK’s head office in Toronto, to review and adapt its internally developed  master plan concept. HOK continues to refine the site elements within an overall use plan and phasing program.

In addition to the residential accommodation, the hotel, and other built areas, the master plan identifies the infrastructure to support the services, including public and private access roads, emergency and fire access, and access to and treatment of the waterfront. It further lays out in detail and by use each of the buildings on site, structural layouts, and recreational facilities.
